Step 1 : Apply the eyeliner by starting at the center of the eyelid and then drawing a smooth line towards the outer corner of the eye .
Step 2 : Draw a line from the inner corner of the eye so that the two lines meet .
For a more smokey look you can use the smudger at the other end of the pen while the line is still damp .
