How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive within 3–5 days, depending on where you are in Egypt.
How much is delivery?
The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Pickup from any of our stores is free.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza) through Paymob, or cash on delivery.
Can I collect my order from a store?
Yes. Choose “Pick up” at checkout and pick one of our 10 stores. We’ll message you when it’s ready.
Can I return or exchange a product?
