Delivery

We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days. The delivery fee for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

  • You receive an SMS or email when your order is confirmed and again when it is on its way.
  • Our courier calls you before arriving. Please keep your mobile switched on.
  • If nobody is available, the courier tries again on the next working day.
  • Please check the package in front of the courier before you sign for it.

Free store pickup

Choose Pick up from a store at checkout and collect your order free of charge from any of our 10 stores. We message you when it is ready. Bring your order number and the mobile number used on the order. Our stores are open every day from 10 AM to 12 midnight.

Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is in its original sealed package: unopened, unused, with the seal and all packaging intact.

  • Because beauty products touch skin, lips and eyes, products that have been opened, tested or used cannot be returned or exchanged. This protects every customer.
  • To return a product, contact us with your order number within the 14 days. You can also bring it to any of our 10 stores with your order number.
  • Once we receive the product and check that it is sealed, we refund it to your original payment method (card payments) or by the method agreed with our customer service team (cash on delivery orders), or exchange it if you prefer.

Defective or damaged products

If a product arrives defective, broken, leaking or damaged during delivery, or you received the wrong item, tell us within 24 hours of delivery. Reports after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

  1. Email cs@colorsbeauty.com or call +20 11 2229 9990 with your order number.
  2. Send clear photos of the product and the outer package.
  3. Keep the product and all its packaging until we have reviewed your request.

Once confirmed, we replace the product at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we refund the product to your original payment method (card payments) or by the method agreed with our customer service team (cash on delivery orders).

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order free of charge before it leaves our warehouse. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
