12. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Colors Beauty respects the consumer’s statutory rights under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

The Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency states that, subject to the legal exceptions, consumers generally have the right to return or exchange a product and recover its value within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. The Agency also states that consumers generally have the right to return or exchange a defective product within 30 days of receiving it.

12.1 Returns Within 14 Days

Subject to the exceptions established by applicable Egyptian law, customers may request the return or exchange of a product within 14 days from the date of receipt without having to provide a reason.

The product should be returned in the condition required by applicable law and, where applicable, with its original packaging, accessories, labels, seals, and accompanying materials.

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of return or exchange where the nature, characteristics, packaging, or condition of the product falls within an applicable legal exception.

For beauty and personal-care products, this may include products whose packaging or seal has been opened where doing so prevents the product from being safely returned or resold for hygiene or health reasons, subject to applicable law.

The legal exceptions applicable to returns will prevail over any general return policy stated on this website.

13. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

16. WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions prevents a consumer from exercising any statutory right to submit a complaint to the competent authorities.

27. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any dispute arising from the use of the Colors Beauty website or the purchase of products through it will be handled in accordance with applicable Egyptian laws and by the competent authorities and courts in Egypt, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional rules that may apply.

28. SEVERABILITY
