Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or gift from COLORS
for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies
below for colorsbeauty.com purchases and in-store purchases.
In all returns, products need to be returned in a new condition. COLORS
controls the return activity for any abusive behaviours and reserves the
right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances.
Colorsbeauty.com Returns:
COLORS online orders of returnable products can be easily returned for
FREE (no return shipping or handling fees) to any of our COLORS stores for
fast processing. We regret that we are unable to refund your original
shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our
error. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by
mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been
processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the
transaction. For returns, we need to receive your item within 15 days of
purchase, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full
refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item.
For online orders returned in store, rather than by mail, refunds are only
provided if the product is returned within 14 days of purchase, and you
will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card. Still, your
financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
Items purchased on Colorsbeauty.com may not be returned by mail, and will
not be refunded, 15 days after the purchase date. Items shipped to COLORS
after the returns window, not in new condition, without a receipt, or not
purchased at COLORS, may not be credited back or returned to you.
Colorsbeauty.com is unable to offer exchanges by mail; however, we are
happy to exchange your product in any of our store locations.
Some of COLORS products are not subject to returns aftre purchase and they
go under a “All Sales Final” policy. These products are difficult to check
usage by our quality control team and might cause infections if reused by
different clients. These products are: mascaras, liquid lipsticks, nail
polish, and all other products that are not packed in a tighly controlled
cover.
