All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered within weekends or national holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed for a few more days. Please expect additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in your order delivery, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All timelines quoted are business days - Sunday to Thursday only, weekends and public holidays are NOT included.

Door Delivery: Delivery time starts from the day you confirm your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Orders only ship on business days, and delivery will be attempted between 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM Sunday to Thursday.

Pick Up Station: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to when you receive the first call to pick up your order from our pickup station.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates: all shipping rates and times to all governorates are mentioned in the shipping rates section below. On your order checkout, exact shipping charges will be calculated and displayed.

Orders are confirmed the same business day only if they were placed on our system before 5:00PM Sunday to Thursday.

Products are held in stock with sellers and shipped once received at our warehouse.
